CALEB LEMOS — PERSONAL SITE, EVERYTHING ON IT IS LIVE

I build cool stuff
with AI.

Websites, storefronts, and AI employees with real jobs — designed, shipped, and kept running in production. This page is what happens to be live today.

WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH

Young enough to be AI‑native. Stubborn enough to keep it all running.

I'm Caleb Lemos. I'm young — young enough that AI agents aren't a pivot or a retraining for me, they're just how I learned to build. I work the hours founders brag about, ship fast, and I run what I build in production — AWS, Vercel, or a bare Linux box, whatever the job calls for. None of what's on this page is a highlight reel — it's what happens to be running today.

The background is my actual life — cards, Spikeball, guitar. The robots are my actual coworkers.

WHAT I DO

The menu.

Six things I do well enough to charge for.

AI Agents

01

Employees made of software, built around your business — store operators, content writers, quote assistants, incident triage. Bounded authority, audit trails, a human on the loop.

FOUR ON DUTY RIGHT NOW — AND COUNTING

Storefronts

02

Headless commerce that carries a real catalog and real payments — built to be operated, not just launched.

MEDUSA + NEXT.JS · 197-PRODUCT CATALOG IN PRODUCTION

Email & Retention

03

Campaign systems engineered for the inbox: queue workers, domain warmup, circuit breakers, clean opt-in.

DELIVERABILITY IS ENGINEERED, NOT HOPED FOR

Design

04

Type-led interfaces with their own design systems — tokens, motion, self-hosted fonts. Nothing off a template.

Growth Engines

05

Content that compounds while you sleep: autonomous SEO, internal-link systems, programmatic video rendered per audience.

Infrastructure

06

Deploys, backups, monitoring, uptime — push-to-deploy pipelines, isolated tenants, agents watching overnight. Hosted wherever fits the job.

SHIPPED & OPERATING

Live right now.

Five systems you can click into today. Every screen is a real production site, not a concept.

A storefront with an employee inside

Full headless commerce for a skincare brand: Medusa v2 backend, Next.js storefront, a 197-product curated catalog, and a custom design system with its own tokens and self-hosted type — built and operated end to end.

Twenty-two years of POS data, made to talk

A wine retailer's entire history lived in a 2018-era Retail Pro 8 point-of-sale writing binary flat files on a Windows machine behind a third-party IT vendor. I reverse-engineered the file format and built a daily sync — Tailscale jump host, read-only SFTP, systemd timer — into a Postgres customer-intelligence platform.

An AI employee you can hire — my own product

Annie isn't client work — she's a product. A Telegram-fronted AI employee for benefits brokers: ask her for a new employer enrollment site and she runs a pipeline that generates and deploys it as a live subdomain, minutes later. Her first deployment runs over thirty employer microsites in production, plus programmatic explainer videos rendered from Remotion templates.

One codebase, three platforms, paying customers

Property-maintenance SaaS — work orders, vendors, invoices, property oversight. I came in on contract and now hold equity. One Next.js codebase ships to web, iOS, and Android through Capacitor, over a multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security on everything.

The Total Cost of Home Ownership

REALTOR.COM/NEW-CONSTRUCTION-COST/GAME

Yes — I also build video games

A retro 90s-arcade browser game, live on realtor.com: twenty simulated years of mortgages, maintenance, and surprise events, teaching what a home actually costs. Playable end to end, designed mobile-first, pure static build — no backend at all.

THE STAFF

Meet the staff.

These aren't demos — they're filled positions on real businesses, and yes, they actually report to me like this. Every role here is one I can staff for you too.

HOUSE RULES: MONEY MOVES ONLY AFTER A HUMAN CONFIRMS, EVERY WRITE LANDS IN AN AUDIT LEDGER, AND HONEST ABSTENTION BEATS A CONFIDENT GUESS.

IF YOU WANT IN

Ways to work with me.

Three ways in. No forms, no discovery-call gauntlet — email me and we'll talk.

Hire an AI employee

I build an agent around one job in your business, wire it into your tools with guardrails, and run it for you. You talk to it like a coworker — it reports, asks permission, and never calls in sick.

THE PATTERN BEHIND EVERY AGENT ON THIS PAGE

The automation audit

A short pass through your operation. I map what agents could take over, what stays human, and what it takes to get there — prioritized, priced, yours to keep either way.

THE CHEAPEST WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT'S POSSIBLE

The whole thing

Design, build, hosting, growth, agents — one person for all of it. You bring the business; I bring throughput that doesn't scale with headcount.

AGENCY OUTPUT, ONE-PERSON HEADCOUNT

Q&A

Fair questions.

The ones people actually ask, answered without a discovery call.

01Is an AI actually running my business?+

Kind of — on a leash. Reads are open; anything that touches money or your catalog waits for a human yes. Credentials are split so the model can't approve itself, and every write lands in an audit ledger.

02What could an agent actually take over?+

The repeating stuff: inbox triage, follow-ups, content, quote prep, order ops, monitoring. If it happens every week and follows rules, it's a candidate. That's exactly what the automation audit maps.

03How do I know it won't go rogue?+

Bank-style controls come standard, not as an upgrade: bounded toolsets, confirmation gates on anything irreversible, split credentials, audit ledgers on every write — and a standing rule that honest abstention beats a confident guess.

04“Should work,” right?+

Banned phrase around here. The big systems on this page carry 800+ test suites that run green on the production box, and deploys pass readiness gates with rollback tags. “Should” is what you say when you haven't checked.

05What does this cost?+

Depends entirely on the job, which is why nothing here has a price tag. The honest path: start with the automation audit — a short, fixed-scope pass that tells you what's worth automating and what it takes, before you commit to anything bigger.

06What happens when something breaks at 2am?+

No vendor queue, no support ticket — an agent watches every deployment overnight and wakes me the moment it matters. Wherever it's hosted, the person who fixes it is the person who built it.

07Who am I actually talking to?+

Me — Caleb. The agents do the repetitive work; I design the systems, supervise them, and answer the phone.
